Karen is a native of Broome County, offering an in-depth understanding of the area. Her professional journey includes valuable experiences that have honed her skills.

From 1998 to 2005, Karen served as a Teaching Assistant for Binghamton Schools in various roles. She handled administrative tasks for assistant principals, conducted attendance outreach, made home visits, managed in-school suspension assignments, and more. Her dedication and versatility were evident throughout.

Transitioning to the GEAR UP program under the SUNY Research Foundation, Karen assumed the role of Parent and Activities Coordinator. Her responsibilities encompassed organizing after-school programs, coordinating parent and student activities, and facilitating over 30 campus visits for students. She diligently covered all aspects of college access for her students. Karen's commitment extended beyond her immediate duties, as she was an integral part of the NYS GEAR UP conference planning committee for five years, contributing to the successful organization of statewide conferences. Moreover, she presented at State and National Conferences sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education.

In 2015, Karen found her professional home at Keller Williams Realty Greater Binghamton, where she became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, serving clients in both New York and Pennsylvania. Her dedication to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals has made her a respected and reliable figure in Broome County's real estate landscape.
